• Flight Operations Manpower planning
a. Revises, analyzes, and proposes Flight operations ground jobs changes including analysis of job responsibilities to establish fair and equitable ranking of jobs b. Participates in applying techniques in manpower & work procedures for Flight Operations ground jobs to improve or eliminate inefficient systems in all areas of flight operations and establish optimum levels related to workload and manpower needs c. Participates in developing and implementing standardized manpower strategic planning tools to foster consistency over time in line with Flight operations planning process d. Follow-up the Flight Operations recruitment activities with HR to ensure that the best candidates are selected, and the recruitment process is conducted efficiently, cost effectively, and in accordance with companys policies and standards e. Participates in analysis studies, preparing job descriptions, and job families in coordination with HR f. Carries out resources planning procedures in line with organization/budgetary approvals, monthly distributes report of ground flight ops jobs manpower to all departments, and develops necessary manpower statistics g. Prepare job advertisements and job specifications to make sure that internal & external recruitment are accurate & within the job descriptions and other materials in accordance with the companys recruitment standards and business needs so that potential job applicants have the information they need when applying for a vacant position h. Oversees providing HR services to Flight Operations employees and coordinating with Saudias HR department to channel all Flight Operations manpower needs
• VP Flight Operations Office
a. Offering comprehensive administrative assistance to the Flight Operations departments, which includes tasks such as meticulously reviewing contracts and business correspondence, offering insightful recommendations for enhancements, and conducting thorough research within archived records and data repositories b. Proficiently managing substantial volumes of documents and data with timeliness and precision, while conducting thorough quality assessments to uphold adherence to the companys standards of accuracy c. Liaising with Saudias HR Performance Department to facilitate the seamless execution of annual performance cycles by maintaining ongoing communication with Flight Operations departments to ensure timely submission, review, and evaluation of all employees Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). d. An integral part of the Flight Operations Budget Team tasked with the allocation of annual budgets for various Flight Operations departments. Additionally, responsible for closely monitoring financial performance to guarantee alignment with operational objectives. e. Execute diverse clerical duties including composing formal correspondence, organizing document filing systems, maintaining meticulous records both manually and digitally, managing departmental email correspondence, and fulfilling SAP related tasks
