o Main Job: Patch Implementer in the Cloud environment.
SITA ATI Cloud provide two main Parts, the Infra. And DaaS
Capsules CIs which located in three Zones ( Atlanta, Frankfort and Singapore) and my main tasks was to:
- Extract Microsoft security only Patches for every release,
- Set a Plan for Patching 288 Server as a total for Cloud Environment (INFRA & DaaS)
- Send the change Plans to Cloud Practice team to start the Patching as it schedule by my side
- Patch the CIs using the ZENworks suite
- Troubleshoot / fix problems that may face us (related to the Patches)
- Working at MBSA Project to identify any missed KBs for every CI

o Implemented and managed IP Addressing; configured TCP/IP addressing on a server.
o Created the Forest Root domain, and a Child domain in a production environment.

o Build share servers, some of these servers copy the data to a nas storage using ISCSI.
o Install, configure, update and troubleshooting antivirus programs using Administration Console such as:

o Microsoft office install and troubleshooting. o Configure, troubleshoot and backup E-Mails and E-mail Profile in Outlook. o Installation and Configuration of local/Network printers, Scanner and its basic level of troubleshooting.
