Project Brief: The mall was built over a plot of 66046 sq. m with green area of 3950 sq. m. and total built up area of 124, 792 sq. m. The construction was of 3 floors (basement, ground and first) 12 regular indoor stairs and 11 regular outdoor stairs connecting the floors. There was a two floor car park to house 1597 cars (1134 in the basement and 463 at the ground floor). The rentable area was 36, 787 sq. m. and the number of shops and kiosks were 149 and 49 respectively. Other features included a theme park with area 1980 sq. m., food court with seating area of 1865 sq. m. The mall also included 6 praying rooms and ablution places.

Project: ACS Doha International School
Project Outlay: QR 39.1 million
Project Brief: The plot area for the school was 11196 sq. m. and the built up area was 13, 042 sq. m. The construction comprised basement, ground floor, first floor and penthouse. There were 64 classrooms, 6 science laboratories, 4 art laboratories, 4 computer laboratories, 2 libraries, 2 multipurpose halls, 72 toilets, a clinic, meeting rooms, stores area, sports hall and a swimming pool. Outdoor facilities included a playground, outdoor green areas and tented areas.

Project: Ezdan Villages (Phase 4)
Project Outlay: QR 433.43 million
Project Brief: The project consisted of three dwelling compounds (Ezdan Villages - 26, 28, 29), each compound by itself consisted of villas, row houses and town houses. Facilities included club house (swimming pool, playing area for kids), mosque, nursery, football field, and basketball and tennis courts. Other features included streets, drainage, electricity and telephone services. Area and dwelling units in each compound included
• Ezdan Villages (26): Total area 81115 sq. m. consisting of 634 housing units
• Ezdan Villages (28): Total area 121309 sq. m. consisting of 954 housing units
• Ezdan Villages (29): Total area 42381 sq. m. consisting of 276 housing units

Key Responsibilities
• Developed the QC plan for the project site, communicated the QC plan to site personnel, and oversaw implementation.
• Established the on-site QA/QC system, enforced quality standards across the project sites that were under completion.
• Directed and coordinated all quality inspections across the site aided by a team of quality inspectors for reviewing all the works carried out by various subcontractors and vendors.
• Conducted material receipt inspections to confirm material supplied was of the requisite quality and quantity, discussed quality issues with the suppliers.
• Prepared and disbursed relevant quality related documentation to the site subcontractors, and ensured that all site activities complied with the applicable codes and standards.
• Reviewed the quality specifications applicable to the subcontractors, resolved any technical queries from their side.
• Imparted training on quality control procedures to the QC Inspectors enabling them to perform their job as per expectations.
