1 create &manage communication control system between fty and client by get all client needs and arrange the clear instructions for fty to follow according and follow if fty is on track (following this instructions)
2 make the arrangements of fabric and trims and get approvals on all materials suppliers produce trims & fabric that it matches client needs in each style
3 get clear and complete production plan for the Po’s from fty meets my client delivery dates
4 follow up the production to make sure the fty on track and to take early action to fix any drop can effect client delivery date
5 follow up the deliveries of Trims & Fabric to meet fty start date production plan to catch garments deliveries
6 set up system for all kind of follow up (materials, production, shipping goods, quality stander, samples, etc)
7 feed in and feed back information with client to give clear view of the P.O status to make arrangements with there sales according to this reports
8 make costing and negotiations with fty
9 make detailed shipping reports for the shipments so all be clear before client rcv the shipments in his stores to fix any problem in qty or ratio before goods become in client stores
10 make inline inspection for goods & production
11 make final & Pre-final inspection "goods -cantons-shades"
12 making inspection reports & analysis for customers
