• Maintaining consistency in the design management process across all phases of a project.
• Managing, Designing Reviewing & approve all design calculations, and models of the Project, including (all the RC elements, Façade, curtain walls, drywall, Steel structures, Pile caps, Retaining walls, foundations … etc.).
• Tracking and following up the Engineering, Shop drawings, and stages and notifying if any deviations are found from the plan and setting the priorities accordingly.

• Delivering all civil structural drafting and 3D modeling services that meet Company', its customers, and applicable statutory and regulatory specifications, on time and within budget.
• Preparing design criteria reports, creating structural analysis models, and designing structural elements for all buildings of the project.
• Using a variety of 2D-3D modeling software to perform the analysis and design such as (Etabs, Safe, Sap2000, AutoCAD, …etc.).
• Reviewing the consultant variations and claims related to design.
• Directing the preparation of calculations, design drawings, and specifications, and performing construction administration tasks.
• Providing technical guidance to CAD designers/Drafters, Designers, and lower-level Engineers.
