1. Responsible of establishing Procurement Function from ground up in addition to developing and implementing Procurement Policy and

11. Sourcing alternatives products and new profitable suppliers for the company.
12. Resolving disputes and claims with vendors and suppliers.
13. Preparing annual budget and purchase forecast of all materials in collaboration with each department.
14. Responsible of maintain healthy relationship with all vendors and managing the communication between the company and the vendor.
15. Evaluating vendors performance after contract or order conformation.
16. Monitoring delivery times to ensure orders are delivered on time according to the project deadline.
17. Approving bills of payment.

ACHIEVEMENTS:
• Ability to drive down cost for the company and obtaining huge savings in most contracts and purchases by evaluating/negotiating contracts, identifying alternative vendors and applying best procurement practices that affected the company positively.
• Appointed the head of Motor Claims Supplier Selection Committee, the committee’s responsibility is to set up the Policy and criteria for choosing suppliers, garages and services parties for the company and sign contract with them.
• Promoted from Procurement Department Manager to Procurement Department Senior Manager within four years of service.
• Appointed as a member of Executive Management Committee which is the highest committee in the company that takes strategic decisions for the company.
