I was worked in emergency department in Different hospital as staff and in charge nurse my specialty is taking care for the patient in critical situation like (RTA, MI, CVA, TRUMA ..ets) and Different ER cases Management on that a tame of nurses in same specialty, in high quality of care according of international stander of care
It is 450 beds totally, 35 bed in ER, 15-20 nurses staff, and I was worked as in charge nurse with around 1000 patients in 24h
