the-ground HR support and operations, internal & external labor relations, delivery of HR
requirements for Factory projects, managing BUL facilities, and 3rd party labor providers,
and meet annual BUL staff recruitment demand. Overall on the ground operational support for
the Supply Chain HRBP.

• Create & implement KPI on a 3rd party to reach operation requirements with
maximum benefit from employees and reduce the monthly invoice cost from 850, 000
SAR to 620, 000 SAR.
• Develop internal technical assessment for machine operator jobs in order to give
training based on the actual skill gap.
Sell and promote several reputed Microsoft IT products to medium and large-based
Saudi companies in the western region. Provide consultancy, training, and support
for customer employees.
Achievements:
• Exceeded annual sales target by 30%, and
• Contracted, supplied and implemented an archiving system for Bin Laden Group
(+200KSR), while reducing the implementation cost by more than 30%
