Monitoring SAP notifications related to Unit Shut down and Initiating for planning inputs.
Coordinate with Maintenance Coordinator for Notification inputs in order to prepare Job Packages.
Preparing Job Packages for Shutdown jobs.
Identifying & arranging Materials with prompt expedition of for upcoming shutdowns.
Critical spare identification and ensuring its availability onsite prior to Shutdowns.
Creating MM & Carrying out Material Inspections for Direct Out procured Materials.
Conducting or Arranging Planning technicians for Joint Site Visit with Filed Operators and tagging the job.
Ensure proper arrangements and segregation of Materials for each and every specific Shutdown Work orders.
Prepare breakdown of activity into very detail to ensure the shutdown is execute according to the plan.
Ensuring Clear scope of work and required information were available in advance for the execution team.
Maintain Job pack records in Access Database and updation.
Prepare Schedule for Shutdown using Primavera P6.
Identification & arrangement of adequate resources for safe execution of each Jobs.
Third party contractor arrangements for Inspections.
Recognize Vendor support requirement and liaise with them regarding Shutdowns.
Recognize all support services and to arrange them on time.
Prepare RAT sheets for Fabrication jobs and get it approved from Reliability Team.
Ensure Q Chem safety policies are met in each and every Job packages and active participation in QSafe, meeting monthly Department Targets.
Preparation of Draft JSA for SD Jobs and coordinate for reviewal by Safety Dept.
Weekly SD Package preparation reporting to superiors with Material Status.
Ensure Proper manpower planning and allocation delivering improved productivity.
Liaise and coordinate with Production for SD updates and confirms System/Equipment availability.
Arrangement for Balance Materials return, post Shutdown.
Adept knowledge in Turnaround Planning System.
Prepared high level scheduling for TA15 in Primavera P6.

To order plant spares and set track stock level so as to avoid shortage of spares during major overhaul of the plant for increased plant availability
Carry out engineering investigation of plant defects as necessary and under take other engineering investigation and test work.
