Responsibilities:
* Manage and oversee the project progress to meet the construction program schedule,
* Liaise with the main contractors, consultants and client and ensure the project is within budget and
delivery schedule.
* Develop MEP project plans, method statements, cost budgets, final project accounts, and identify risks
and mitigation plans.
* Liaise with DEWA, Etisalat, DCD, and other authorities to obtain NOCs and permits.
* Review material requisitions, oversee materials procurement to ensure all contractual specifications
and quality are met and ensure materials and equipment are available on site.
* Evaluate sub-contractors' claims, interim payments and raise invoices and follow up on payment
certificates and payments and monitor productivity of labors and subcontractors.
* Prepare progress reports and attend client, consultant and contractor meetings.
* Attend all meetings and communications with the Main Contractor, consultant, and Client.
* Make sure all team to follow company HSE requirements, QAQC standards, and all applicable
legislations and contractual requirements affecting the HSE activities at project site and administrative
office.
