The special assignment was to setup a suitable back office system (Accounting software) compatible with the latest versions of the airlines booking systems such as Amadeus, and to re organize the agency by hiring new staff and management team.

The assignment done perfectly and the travel agency is working properly with internal controls and new management staff.

The software installed and implemented is the E-Travel the most used software in the UAE compatible with most of the airlines booking systems.

Multi Chemicals - (Selling of the company)

The assignment was to sell the company to a Germany company were they are the main vendors of the raw materials of the chemicals and as a blending house the owners decided to sell the company were I was one of the key persons of selling the company.
Scope of work:
Reviewing the Assets Purchase Agreement,
Registering the new company and transferring the ownership to the new owners
Completion of the (Due diligence) assignment with the Germany team


MOX Middle East L.L.C (Liquidation)

MOX Middle East is an electromechanical company and was dealing with (MOX) Australian product of controlling systems.
The assignment was to liquidate the company after finishing the arbitration process were we have a large size case against one of the biggest companies in the construction field.
