Safe Travel & Services - (Re organizing the Agency)

The special assignment was to setup a suitable back office system (Accounting software) compatible with the latest versions of the airlines booking systems such as Amadeus, and to re organize the agency by hiring new staff and management team.

The assignment done perfectly and the travel agency is working properly with internal controls and new management staff.

The software installed and implemented is the E-Travel the most used software in the UAE compatible with most of the airlines booking systems.

Multi Chemicals - (Selling of the company)

The assignment was to sell the company to a Germany company were they are the main vendors of the raw materials of the chemicals and as a blending house the owners decided to sell the company were I was one of the key persons of selling the company.
Scope of work:
Reviewing the Assets Purchase Agreement,
Registering the new company and transferring the ownership to the new owners
Completion of the (Due diligence) assignment with the Germany team


MOX Middle East L.L.C (Liquidation)

MOX Middle East is an electromechanical company and was dealing with (MOX) Australian product of controlling systems.
The assignment was to liquidate the company after finishing the arbitration process were we have a large size case against one of the biggest companies in the construction field.

Directed and coordinated activities of workers engaged in conducting credit investigations and collecting delinquent accounts of customers. Directed and coordinated activities to implement institution policies, procedures, and practices concerning granting and extending lines of credit and loans. Prepared financial and regulatory reports required by law, regulations, and board of directors. Directed floor operations of brokerage firm engaged in buying and selling securities at exchange. Evaluated effectiveness of current collection policies and procedures. Evaluated data pertaining to costs to plan budget. Monitored order flow and transactions that brokerage firm executed on floor of exchange. Reviewed reports of securities transactions and price listed to analyze market conditions.

• Supervise the accountants through the daily progress, and responsible for monthly management reports for the income and expenses. Following the (IFRS).
• Responsible for the preparation of the annual budget.
• Developing the accounts by creating a new application using the MS Access software to make the work easier and faster such as the payroll, the training fees for the players, and using the developed applications to analyze any information needed by the management about the staff and the players as well.
• Preparing monthly reports to the management showing the deference between the actual comparing to budgeted income and expenses, with their explanations.
• Controlling the daily expenditure comparing to budgets.
• Direct contact with internal and external auditors.

Supervising the automation progress in the club.

- Handling the company accounts from general ledger through preparation of the financial statements, including its investments with the Muscat Security market and preparing the Management reports in weekly bases and responsible for the preparation of the annual budget.

Extra duty in the same group of companies (Renascence) worked for Muscat consultancy Services as an Accountant.

- Asses the audit significance of the area to be tested
- Ensure the appropriateness of the tests coverage and maintain efficient approach to obtaining and examining the supporting data.
- Carry out the audit fieldwork and prepare notes to audit manager to discuss material points that come to our attention during the audit.
- Ensure all pending matters are properly cleared and issue draft report after audit manager’s discussions and approval.
