• Develop and execute sales & marketing plans and programs, both, short and long term to ensure the profit growth and expansion of products and or/ services. This embraces strategies covering the introduction of the new product line, and both incremental growth within the presently established markets, together with market development in targeting growth region.
• Managing and developing local distributors in KSA.
• Handle incoming inquires, maintain close communication with the customers to ensure the best solution to meet the customer requirement .Technical assistance to customers as needed.
• Ensure timely, accurate quotations of the project quotes in assigned areas.
• Effectively manage the design and implementation of the projects to ensure maximum profitability, smooth completion and handover.
• Develop annual and long term action plans, designed to ensure that Cooper -Eaton targets for growth in the assigned territories are met.
• Maintain co-operative and credible working relationship with other company personnel to assure customer satisfaction.
• Support all aspects of the relationship with assigned clients with in the assigned area of responsibility.
• Evaluate customer drawing and specification to determine Eaton scope of supply.
• Liaison with the customer / consultant to resolve any discrepancies with regard to technical or requirements.
• Take active role in new product integration and elevate customer knowledge.
• Ensure close & cordial relationship with Customer Service & Local Assembly Team.
• Prepare accurate and timely sales analysis on a monthly/weekly basis to provide management with information relating to Sales results and forecasts.

* Developing Legrand business in Riyadh with focus on passive computer networking
(VDI) & home automation & Guest Room Management System(GRMS) & Lighting

availing approvals from consultants and clients
* As Channel Sales Manger, it was mandatory to work thru the value chain of

* Providing marketing and logistic support to Legrand distributors
* Expanding the customer base through performing marketing activities and
approaching new customers.
* Coordinate efforts to improve the customer experience at the point of sale.
