• Achieve sales targets.
• Deliver the Damas Signature Experience in the store.
• Adhere to store operational procedures.
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store housekeeping.
• Liaise with Head Office regards inventory replenishment and customer order status.
• Train, coach and develop the store team in terms of signature experience, product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Checking accuracy and proper functioning, weighting scales, calculators, diamond tester and all other equipment.
• Assess and understand customer requirements.
• Provide all required products and price information to the customer and effectively close the sale.
• Prepare invoices thoroughly without any corrections or over-writing for all sales made.
• Ensure proper procedures are followed in case of cash and credit card sales.
• Prepare and submit the daily sales report to the shop-incharge.
