•Ensure all strategic plans for material processes
to align with operations and production activities.

Supervision for all types of stock as raw material, buy out store, production consumables, paint, stationery & timber with total on-hand value around 100MSR.
•Handling the department cost; controlling & keep it within target.
•Monitoring & utilizing obsolete material, aged material.
•Man power distribution when required.
•Monitoring materials in our sister facility @ PEB-RAK, BCOMS.
•Ensure all areas (stores) order monthly plans.
•Improvement studies for better quality items.
•Expedite & follow up till receiving orders on time.
•Coordination with different departments to ensure high level of service (purchasing, production planning, Engg’s, Order management, Shop… etc.)
•Familiar with ERP system (Oracle)
•Coordination with IT department for developing & enhancing in-house application for better report output based on available Oracle data base.
Raw Material Planning & Control Engineer at ZAMIL Steel Pre-Engineered building (PEB

•Sales order booking & purchase requisition issuance.
•PO tracking & expediting to receive orders on need by date.
•Continuous control on raw material levels to avoid excess/short stock (minimizing the holding cost & special/sudden orders value).
•Maintain on job high serviceability (raw material should be available based on job fabrication schedule).
•Utilizing the left over materials in the incoming jobs to reduce obsolete material values & the holding cost.
•Daily coordination with several departments in the plant such as sales, engineering,
Product development for printed circuit board (BCP) using PRO/Engineer software.
•Design & manufacturing plastic injection mold.
•Operating on CNC mill machine using Visual mill software.
•Operating lathe CNC machine.
Design Engineer at Mold Technology Company as a mechanical designer for plastic molds and their sub components with all needed specifications, for several type of plastic molds; injection, blowing, and hot runner.
Prepare designs and detailed drawings using KEYCREATOR software.
•Select components and prepare Bill of Materials (BOM).
•Prepare technical manuals for mold maker.
