regarding coverage, prices, and other policy options to
help them find the best policy for their needs.
Reviewing client policies and recommending changes
where necessary.
Explaining coverage terms, conditions, and exclusions to
customers in order to help them choose appropriate
policies.
discussing rates and helping clients choose from multiple
offers from different competing companies.
Helping the clients processing their claims.
Providing insurance advice by discussing policy T&C.
Risk assessment to determine premium adequacy.
Processing insurance claims.
Reviewing ending policies to negotiate renewal.
- Premium and claims Allocation to Treaties.
- Issuance of quarterly proportional Treaty statements of accounts.
- Generating non-proportional accounts (M&D, Adjustment premium).
- Setting up profit commission statement of account.
- Reinsurance and Statistical Reporting,
- Handling inward & Outward FAC. Business and managing the related accounts.
- Handling treaty & facultative business (risk assessment, technical accounts & correspondence)
- Manage day to day operations and handling customers' accounts.
- Book Keeping and preparing financial statements.
- Providing customers with the proper information regarding the mobile services and Receiving their complaints and suggestions.
