Lead the development of applications including ensuring
their timely delivery in order to translate the business needs to
the corresponding IT tools and applications.
• Overseeing major activities pertaining to the installation,
configuration and up-gradation of Products.
• Evaluating organizational requirements and establishing
security/database policies to assure acceptable levels of data
backup and recovery.
• Maintaining database systems, recommending upgrades,
troubleshot system issues and maintained a recovery plan for

• Managing the overall configuration of application server for

Business Applications plans and targets and monitor

• Budgets and plans: Develop the IT Applications budget as per
operational needs and in line with Group's budgeting
guidelines and monitor actual expenditure against the
approved budget to ensure that the business is aware of
anticipated costs and that corrective actions are taken.
• Manage applications related coordination with third-party
vendors if required in order to perform system support
activities efficiently and effectively in accordance with
business requirements.
• Maintain systems documentation relating to systems
development and enhancements to ensure accurate record
keeping and reference for training and facilitating future
updates.
