• 4\2010 till 11/2013: In The Maintenance department In (Egyptian Group Company) which is working in the field of Medical Equipment for Over than 25 years in Egypt .Working as Supervisor Biomedical engineer Responsible for:
1. Review, renew and deploy service contracts for new/ existing clients including their Requirements and requests in accordance to the company policy.
2. Provide coaching and training to the client unit staff on best practices and preventive actions for decreasing user - induced stoppage time or technical failures.
3. Issuing new quotations, cost estimates for service and spare parts regarding corrective maintenance activities to the customer.
4. Working on - Fresinus (Syringe pump, Infusion pump, Multifiltrate, Blood cell separator ).-Atmos(suction pump, ENT unit).-Kapci(Microscope).-TRumph (operating table, operating light )-ERBE (Diathermy, crayo, argon) (ECG, Ionometer, Ventilator ).
5. Have a knowledge for ( hemodialysis machine & anesthesia machine & blood warmer )
