- Periodical marketing visits for current corporate clients to oversee their operational conditions.
- Conducting new client visits in a purpose of acquiring potential corporate customers and tailoring the required facilities structure based on full credit analysis and evaluation.
- Analyze and assess all risks associated with Commercial/ Corporate Customers and make relevant Recommendations by preparing full credit packages & present them to senior credit committees.
- Meeting Pre-specified targets to develop the portfolio in terms of (Assets / liabilities growth).
- Review the credit proposals on a Regular /Annual basis to assess its conformity with approved credit policies and procedures as well as market trends, and highlights exceptions if any.
- Maintaining the legal documentation about credit contracts, balance confirmation, and mortgages.
- Acting as a Business advisor to the corporate clients.
- Monitoring that the Portfolio / Accounts are performing in line with the business utilization and covenants. In addition to efficient and smooth management of the portfolio's daily operations
- Ensure Effective follow up & monitoring of accounts and proactively identify problems to reduce the associated risks, by reviewing financial capacity, business profile, and repayment capability.
- Solicit customers feedback and identify problem trends for improvement actions.
- Assisting customers with their enquiries, escalate/ re-direct problems when appropriate.
- Ability to understand customers needs and provide appropriate solution and attention.
- Cross-sell banking services and products to clientele.
- Supervising and follow up new banking products and services to conducting to clientele.
