Manage all aspects of accounts receivable, including invoicing, customers’ statements, collection, aging analysis, and reconciliations. Administer credit policy, credit reviews of existing customers, the assessment of the creditworthiness of potential customers, and the collection of all outstanding aging balances. • Increased the percentage of customers’ reconciled balances by 96% by initiating a monthly balance confirmation for all customers instead of annual balance confirmations.
• Increased the percentage of the customers’ invoices hard copies received from the regional warehouse from 2% to 100%.
• Facilitated the accurate prediction and planning of cash flows by creating multiple financial reports including the aging report by invoice breakdown.
• Successfully managed regional A/R portfolio representing 43% of the total business A/R portfolio consisting of almost 6k customers across 8 different sales channels.
