Main mission : Analysis and improvement of work procedures and tools of project department to increase customers satisfaction and organization benefits:
• Leading the teams to respond efficiently to customer RFQ by the standardization of project technical feasability, costing, planning and risk analysis of new product (NPI)
• Ensuring project progress reporting with customers, support departments & direction
Main achievement : Improvement of the projects on time delivery from 83% to 98% in 3 months. Increasing the profitability rate of the projects by 4%
Main mission : Improve the customer service rate and optimize expenses related to transportation, import (Freight forwarding), warehousing and delivery operations :
• Standardization of coordination tools between commercial, suppliers & 2PL/3PL
• Leading logistics teams to analyze and improve the physical and information flows of air and sea inbound, warehousing and delivery operations
Main achievement : Gain in customs clearance cycle (1 day for air & 3 days for maritime import). Reduction in storage costs and demurrage of 3% compared to the year 2020
Main mission : Achieve, improve & maintain company objectives focused on customer satisfaction by implementing effective management of the global supply chain
• Validation of S&OP and negotiation of logistics terms with the customers & suppliers
• Oversees and improve the daily workflow and schedules of procurement team, customer account leaders, planning & scheduling team (42 people managed)
Main achievement : Achievement of the turnover target of 15M€ from 2019. Gain of 70K€ per year after reduction of costs related to storage and delay in production. Improvement of the overall OTD (On Time Delivery) from 87% to 98%
Main mission : Industrialization and transferring of new aerostructure assembly projects (France to Morocco) & starting up the production lines of new A320 CEO/NEO aircraft structure assembly projects (75 people managed)
• Monitoring of industrializations, supply of equipment and qualifications of new manufacturing processes
• Monitoring of process qualification and workforce training assigned to the new transferred projects
• Sizing and start-up of production lines for the new projects and monitoring of customer delivery performances
Main achievement : Start-up of production lines for transferred projects within target dealine (6 months). Achievement of customer delivery rate with a 100% service rate

• Diagnosis (VSM) of the entire Supply Chain, analysis of existing data and definition of areas for improvement
• Support of customer teams in the deployment of Lean Manufacturing projects (5S, KANBAN, JIT, SMED ...)
• Development of work procedures, performance indicators and the Quality Management System
