My responsibility consists of Posting the job description on different platforms via Referrals, social
media ect... Evaluating the Résumés/CV’s and conducting verbal interactions with potential
candidates on the phone. Managing the interviews from the core team and review all recruitment
changes and updates with the Head of recruiting personnel.
Demonstrated a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance. I had Lead my team to work in the
same way and held others accountable to this commitment. Quickly responded to any negative guest shopping experience by de-escalating the situation and ensuring that the team understands and feels supported to make things right for the guest. Managed the workload and prioritized tasks independently and with the team.
2016
I had managed, trained, and directed the Sales Team in meeting dealership goals and standards.
Follow up with existing customers to confirm their satisfaction and generate future leads, assist
customers in the completion of their sales applications, inspected the lot’s vehicles daily to pinpoint
any problems and ensure the lot is merchandised correctly to maximize sales.
Ability to assist F&I department when need be, contracting, funding, selling F&I product, etc.
Appraised trades, and Supported other operational units within the the dealership.

company's transportation system at a compatible rate.
