- Ensured smooth and consistent salon operations on a day-to-day basis overseeing all the operational areas while adhering to the company objectives and values.

• Schedule lessons and classes according to teachers and facility availability.
• Greet students by name as they arrive and say goodbye as they leave.
• Perform administrative functions such as printing and photocopying for teachers and preparing nametags for class students.
• Assist teachers and other employees with the smooth operation of the school during lesson times.
• Maintain calendar, website, Facebook, informational postings in the lobby, and other client information on a regular basis.
• Assist with planning of recitals and events, and help prepare related programs and marketing materials.
• Treat clients, students, and employees with respect, courtesy, professionalism, and friendliness.
• Take payments and perform accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bookkeeping functions as required.
• Meet daily with manager to discuss priorities of the day.

- Manage customer service activities including order entry, customer satisfaction, interface with sales
- Prospects potential customers via aggressive phone sales. Conduct client visitations when required. Obtain pertinent information concerning prospects. Enter new customer data and other sales data for prospective customers into computer database
- Qualifie feasibility of potential customers based on our capability to service them effectively. Identifie the needs and wants of each potential customer
- Develop and maintain positive on-going relationships with all prospective clients
- Conduct follow-up calls on prospects within a timely manner
- Provide rates and alternative freight solutions for potential clients
- Collaborate with operations department to problem-solve and provide optimal transportation service

Responsible for handling all outdoor sales accounts for the company, and targeting new clients by on site meetings and on-the-spot introduction and informative meetings about the company's products and wide variety of items in our catalogs.

Management of the salon at all-time regarding the needs for new material, arranging timetables for employees as well as for guest appointments. Responsible for providing regular stock monitoring reports, and closing day reports such as:
- Daily Sales
- Target comparison
- Suggestion for improvements
- Daily activity reports
The reports are all communicated to the Direct Manager, as well as the CEO of the company.
Responsible for welcoming customers, arranging for their appointments on time, and assuring that they are satisfied with their service when leaving.
Minute-taking for all board meetings with the CEO, CFO, HR for the benefit of the Direct Manager, and ensuring that any issues happening in the saloon are reported to the responsible personnel, along with a suggestion for the solution.
Salon Employees’ report directly to me as a connection between them and the main office management, and the salon Direct Manager.

Taking care of regular customers as well as VIP store visitors; moreover, handling the cash opening and closing at day start/end.
