Team Leader - Guest Services Center Department
-Deliver excellent customer service, at all times, ensuring guests comfort and safety in accordance to company`s international brand standards
-Keep up to date with current promotions and hotel pricing, to provide information to guests, on request, while maximizing all sales opportunities
-Deal with all enquires in a professional and courteous manner, in person, on the telephone or via e-mail
-Deal with staff or customer complaints in a professional manner
-Ensure that all members of the team sign in/out on the time sheets at reception and manage absence and lateness, in line with company policy
-Being accountable for all relevant product delivery and stock management, including setting stock levels, checking, counting, storage, reconciliation and loss investigation
-Manage and maintain effective and efficient use of all reception equipment and hotel systems, in line with company policy
-Take responsibility for extra management tasks, as required, in the hotel manager’s absence
-Complete rotas for the team weekly; manage and maintain correct staffing levels in line with targets and business levels
-Assist in keeping the hotel clean and tidy, at all times
-Organize team building activities
-Nominate staff for any required training based on their work performance levels
-Analyze latest audit reports and implement immediate action plans for better results
-Always leading, guiding and motivating staff
Attracting candidates and matching them to temporary or permanent positions with client companies
Interviewing suitable job candidates
Handling the necessary documentation for hiring process
Building relationships in order to gain a better understanding of client companies recruitment needs and requirements
Advertising vacancies appropriately by drafting and placing adverts in a wide range of media
Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job in question
Negotiating pay and salary rates and finalizing arrangements between client and candidates
Offering advice to both clients and candidates on pay rates, training and career progression
Reviewing recruitment policies to ensure effectiveness of selection techniques and recruitment programs
