• Super User in SAP & Regional CSR, sales order acceptance, creation, Service rental, assets equipment, Invoicing, Sales Invoices, customer billing etc., trained in Lubrizol Head Office at Wickliffe, OHIO.
• Sales order posting & Invoice generation for clients, Service acceptance of Purchase order, providing Freight quotes approval, Processed A/P and A/R freight Invoices.
• Shipping documents issuance, Import/Export containers monitoring, green light Approvals prior to dispatch, all the shipments, following global Logistics & compliance policy.
• Freight vendor’s performance analysis in terms of Service, quality, prices, timely delivery and other pertinent factors.
• Leading Tactical Sourcing Team involved in all indirect purchase categories such as, office supplies, plant equipment, lab supplies, AMC of Fire Protection equipment, courier, Forklift Maintenance Service, etc.)

• Responsible an effective deployment of finished goods within the Supply Chain, Operating chemical plants in Ajman, Edmonton, Elmendorf, Leets dale Texas to the final delivery points inside Middle East & Other Gulf Countries.
• Procured new logistical vendors for best competitive prices for logistics and warehousing.
• Initiated regular improvement strategies & initiatives to internal customers & clients.
• Negotiated rates with local international freight contracting companies.
• Planning of procurement, production, inventory control, logistics and distribution.
• Involved in distribution of all type of chemicals all over GCC and Asia region, preparing sales forecast in coordination with Sales & Productions.
• Designed processes map for inventory, applied LEAN transport and warehouse processes.
• Managed Short term planning, including daily operation issues solving, responsible for the optimization of the stock availability and ensured stock holding and in-transit accuracy, reached target of ₤150K savings on inventory losses.
• Importation from US, China, Germany for Chemicals, via Ajman facility, through Weatherford manufacturing facility and 3rd party vendors to customer door.
• Supervised direct shipment to Middle East/North Africa and US region. Ensuring the companies policies, Trade compliance and Legal frame work of Local and corporate policies.

• Performed main roles in Distribution, Inbound, Outbound, and Customer service till execution.
• Responsible for regional distribution planning for Bulk Liquid Chemicals, ISO Tankers allocation of best economical logistics & 3PL support route and supplies to Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, KSA, Jordan etc.,
• Scheduling of the internal transport fleet consisting of 40Trucks, & approving monthly driver’s timesheet.
• Liaised with Shipping and clearing agents. Selection and ensure strict compliance of globally negotiated Logistics related to shipping.
• Representing company to Jebel Ali Customs for documents legalization, online exports bills, chamber works duty redemption for export other GCC countries.
• In Coordination with freight forwarding agents at the borders in GC countries, and related matters, RCA Analysis.
• Regional distribution planning for Bulk Chemicals by utilizing best Logistics & cargo Services (Sea & Land.) Monitoring shipments, execution of sales order to the Middle-east & North Africa Region.
• Reviewed (Environments Safety Departments) for any incident reporting and corrective action.
