Key Result Areas: Retail Store Operations:
•Working on competition from Modern bazaar, Reliance Smart fresh, Big Bazaar, Vishal Mega Mart by comparing price and other promotional activities.
•Ensuring dump control, shrink control and control on controllable expense.
•Getting DC unloaded with proper checking and if there are shortages then making claims and get them approved.
•Preparing all types of sales related reports like manual discount report, supervisor intervention report, till settlement report and reports related to finance like account balance and account movement report.
•Checking all store related licenses like FSSAI license, weight & measurement license, S&E RC license issued by labour dept., trade license, insecticide license, license for performance of music/songs and certificate from pollution control board.
•Working daily on PID (Perpetual inventory documents). Merchandising Operations:
•Analyzing past buying trends, sales records, price, and quality of merchandise to determine value and yield.
•Conducting the analysis of stocks available in the warehouse and replenishing the goods in the warehouse and stores;
•Tracking the high demand models and ensuring that those models are properly sourced and available on demand.
•Maintaining store shelves by observing displays of company products; removing damaged or freshness-dated products; tidying store shelves; providing optimum display of products.
•Monitoring multiple categories includes FMCG, fresh articles, general merchandise, non-food, dairy products etc.
