• Review and developed quality assurance plan/ framework ensuring that all services delivered are in line with the quality
tandards defined.
• Analyze information about supplier performance, and develop and implement procedures to evaluate and select suppliers.
• Confer with supply chain planners to ensure availability of materials and products.
• Direkt contact with customers about for continous improvement due to temporary problem with product quality. Achived
customer claim reduction 70% till end of 2006 and further 25 % till June, 2008.
• Arrange workers for product repairing and report for improvement status. Achieved cost saving: 120k € / Year.
• Every month 2weeks were in Uk and 2 weeks for Hungary to oversight to the achievement and sustainment of required
customer satisfaction to get new bussiness projects (from February, 2007 till May, 2008).
• Reinforce QMS compliance, drive accountability across the various project sites (in Hungary, UK, Germany and France)
• Documentation improvement for QMS to get ISO/TS: 16949 certification for company by Quality Manager
