Representative of SINOPEC in the GASCAC pipeline in management meetings with client (Petrobras).
Responsible for the coordination of strategic projects of SENAI-MS, with emphasis on the following activities:
a. Raising funds through submissions to the funding and funding bodies;
b. Monitoring of project implementation, including accountability to funding agencies and evolution of works and acquisitions of goods and equipment;
c. Monitoring the conditioning and commissioning of equipment and facilities, including pre-operation; and,
d. Monitoring of the investments and costs incurred by the project implemented and in operation.
Coordination of strategic internal development projects and external assistance to SENAI-MS with the activities of elaboration, development, implementation and operation for projects deliverables.
Throughout this work, several SENAI-MS strategic projects were implemented, of which the following stand out:
a. Ceramic Technology Center in Rio Verde of Mato Grosso, MS;
b. Laboratory of calibration of pressure and temperature quantities in Campo Grande, MS; and,
c. Several units of vocational training.
A team coordination work was also developed to attract funds from several sources, including: FINEP, Ministry of National Integration - MIN, CnPq, SENAI-DN, among others.
Another work developed was the audit of major events, such as the Olympiad of knowledge of SENAI Brazil, where we assisted in the elaboration of systematics, in the planning and implementation of auditing, as follows:
a. Olympiad of Knowledge 2006, Recife, PE, Auditor-leader, coordination of the execution of the Quality Audit of the event, with three audit stages (organization, application of tests and performance evaluation) of 52 modalities performed; and,
b. Olympiad of Knowledge 2004, Belo Horizonte, MG, Auditor-leader, coordination of the execution of the Quality Audit of the event, with three stages of auditing (organization, application of tests and performance evaluation) of 49 modalities performed. It is important to emphasize that before the present event, I led the team that created the hearing system of the Knowledge Olympics.
