Worked with PhD Dr. Christos Aggelidis at "Doctors Sans Frontiers" to design and develop their Sanitation & Hygiene online compliance training. This was renewed and extended for 2014 with 5 new compliance modules. Worked with the CIO's office of the Greek Police to development online training modules related to security, information management and records management. Evaluation if were on schedule, ahead or behind and what corrective actions to take. Prediction of the result of each possible corrective action, and then action on it. The collaboration - coordination and documentation control was made by the use of various web and mobile project log software applications, and by doing so, there was updated immediately about every task involved.

• Achieved the appreciation of the Athens 2004 C4I steering committee because my consultancy helped them to finally accept only those subsystems that were built, as it was agreed in the contract. The result was that the Athens 2004 Olympic Games took place with no big security issues and incidents.
