• Healthcare MOOC creation (Sanitation & Hygiene) with Interactive learning modules and virtual classroom design.
Worked with PhD Dr. Christos Aggelidis at "Doctors Sans Frontiers" to design and develop their Sanitation & Hygiene online compliance training. This was renewed and extended for 2014 with 5 new compliance modules. During this time curriculum for a multi-day healthcare program was transitioned into a virtual training format (interactive slides, breakout session exercises and comprehensive facilitator guides) and uploaded to cloud LMS Iversity.
• Closed Protection Interactive learning modules creation, upload to LMS Moodle 2.5 and integration with BigBlueButton VLE
Worked with the CIO's office of the Greek Police to development online training modules related to security, information management and records management. Worked with the Executive Director of IT for the province to design and develop an Identity Information Management interactive module. Also worked with key stakeholders in Social Services to assist in the rollout of an e-learning project involving modules to facilitate production by creating a template-based production methodology, presentation materials, quick reference guides and educating writing, design and development staff on use and best practices for effective, yet rapid e-learning development.

• Project managing of IT and telecommunications projects and computer networks infrastructure that was installed or upgraded for the benefit of our customers, which were large Greek government and private sector organizations like Ministry of Defence, Ministry of Agriculture, Ministry of Interior, ING Greece etc.) The projects were fixed price contracts, from a few hundred thousand to a few million Euros budget.
• Project planning by describing the work breakdown structure and the organization of the project, estimated duration with methods such as Cocomo and Delphi.
• Completion and quality criteria, though, critical path, integration & acceptance testing, analysis of the interdependence of the various tasks, expressed as a network diagram, as well as an analysis of the risks involved in the project, with the possible countermeasures in time and budget for each risk.
• Management of project monitoring and control. Measurement of what progress has been made and compared with the work planned. Evaluation if were on schedule, ahead or behind and what corrective actions to take. Prediction of the result of each possible corrective action, and then action on it. The collaboration - coordination and documentation control was made by the use of various web and mobile project log software applications, and by doing so, there was updated immediately about every task involved.
• In charge of the installation of the system and the live operation and support.
• This resulted
o In a victory of our projects because the customers were satisfied with the faster and better access to information and o An impressive rise in our company's annual profits.
• In addition, I personally generated 6.8 million Euros revenue through the successful completion of IT projects.

Athens 2004 Olympic Security C4I Project Jan. 2002 - Sep. 2004
Project Management Consultant

• Project management consultancy to the Greek Police that was responsible for C4I Olympic Security Project. It was a 255 million Euros project that consisted of 30 subsystems of IT & Telecommunications infrastructure. Consulted the police steering committee in project management and control in order to resolve numerous difficult project issues that arose with the contractor regarding monitor and control of the project, implementation plan, issue management, change management, quality assurance, measurement and testing, acceptance plan, logistics support plan, and service level agreement.
• Achieved the appreciation of the Athens 2004 C4I steering committee because my consultancy helped them to finally accept only those subsystems that were built, as it was agreed in the contract. The result was that the Athens 2004 Olympic Games took place with no big security issues and incidents.
