Reporting to th e Operations Manager. Coordinates and supports all relevant activities of the Housekeeping Department with a special emphasis on Infection Control and Occupational Health and Safety.Provides daily supervision and observation of staff to ensure proper protocols and procedures are being followed.Perform quality audits on a regular on going ongoing basis to ensure that the employer is meeting its contractual obligations.Provides leadership to assigned staff demonstrated trough strong organizational skills and proven ability to coach, train, motivate, schedule, instruct, direct, monitor staff and discipline staff.Assigned staff to establish work areas or project duties and distributes appropriate project documentation, record or task sheets.Allocates equipment to staff and monitor daily equipment use, cleaning and maintenance.Ensures that staff receives proper orientation initial training and ongoing education.Responsible for waste management in hmc al wakra hospital.
Supervise and monitor my staff with regards to cleaning concern for the assigned level. Instruct my team for the better and organised working in abu dhabi municipality building . Assist the Pest control team whenever they have to install dispenser or to apply chemical in every area. Use different kind of machine and chemical to be applied in every level depending upon the dirt of particular surface. Monitor the staff for the safety and hygiene every day.
Cleaning supervisors oversee and organize the activities of cleaning for instance light Duty Cleaners, Caretakers and Building Superintendents and the like. Organize janitors' schedules of duties and assign various tasks to janitors. Monitor the staff regarding the needs for uniform and other supplies for jobsite. Prepare and arrange cleaning program to be used in worksite. Collect and prepare labor attendance and submit every 15th and 30th day of the month to be scan and email to division manager. Send e mail or fax information and details of cleaning program for the approval of work order. File and arrange all documents and reports and keep it for the records. Compose intimation or message with regards to staff and clients query.
