In my recent role as the Regional Warehouse Training Manager at Alshaya Group in Dubai, I was responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive training programs for warehouse staff across multiple locations in the MENA region. Managing a team of six trainers, I successfully ensured the alignment of training initiatives with business objectives, resulting in enhanced performance and productivity among approximately 3000 staff members. Notably, I played a key role in creating a Learning Management System to monitor training performance and facilitated the adoption of best practices in markets lacking governance related to Material Handling Equipment, particularly in Dubai.
