• Utilize past experience, mathematical formulas and other means to analyze and coordinate the plant's resources

Extensive training in Production, Process, maintenance and Projects
As the Production Supervisor, I managed production parameters and resources on shift to ensure optimum production output, whilst I schedule planned and unplanned tasks to be completed during shift.
• I analysed and interpreted production results, identified and assessed deviations, initiated and took corrective action, whilst conducting planned job observations on shift.
• My duties included liaising with members of other departments, and enforcing compliance to health and safety standards.

• I was responsible for the shutdown and start up of the plant effectively and efficiently, whilst offering advice for the production on deviations and corrections thereof.
• I identified problems and rectified them on shift, whilst monitoring process parameters.
As the Production Technician, I handled the product volume and quality control, followed through the process measurements optimization, and was responsible for the samples control, whilst scheduling products output
