• Seamlessly integrated new identified operating units into existing structure on behalf of a global investment and development organisation. Personally gained board approval post significant research and consultation with finance and human resources business heads.

• Principal stakeholder in the implementation of $500 million budget hotel master franchise rollout in the MENA region. As one of the primary stakeholders worked with architects and project team to develop the first prefabricated hotel in the region at a total cost of $115 thousand per key.
