Cultivos de Tonosi, is a 1500 hectare farm located in the Tonosi Valley in Panama, a production center with complex challenges in water quality management and rigorous controls implemented to reduce the effects of viral and bacteriological diseases.
Through the direction of a multidisciplinary work team based on the area of strategic planning, the farm and the process plant were accredited with ASC certification, being the first in Panama to meet such a recognized standard.
All production objectives required by the organization were satisfactorily achieved, including the integration of 3 production phases (Raceways, PGO, GO) as a strategy to increase farm turnover and maintain a continuous supply of shrimp to our customers in Europe & Asia.
