• AR updating and daily banking of branch and all outlets within the region.
• Recording and reconciling bank transfers, daily cash and card collections for all KSA stores.
• Verify and audit sales bookings, returns, credit memo and rejects of various locations.
• Handling and monitoring of petty cash for the region.
• To represent, monitor and manage assigned branch operational activities.
• Petty cash and vendors payment, booking, verification & reconciliation.
• Tax booking for aggregators, vendors and local purchases.
• Aggregators balance reconciliation and follow up on pending balances.
