 Conducting quantity take-offs and material measurements from engineering drawings and BOQs.
 Preparing monthly subcontractor payments & maintaining cash flow forecasts for subcontractor work.
 Develop Material calculation on Site with materials reconciliation and coordinate with procurement.
 Assisting in tender preparation, cost comparison, and analysis of subcontractor and supplier quotations.
 Participating in scheduled weekly and monthly meetings and ensuring accurate tracking of project and subcontractor progress
metrics.
 Managing project-related insurances, bonds, and guarantees, while tracking their expiry dates and coordinating timely
renewals or extensions.
 Identifying and managing variations and potential claims arising during the project.
 Collaborating with the Technical Department for design clarifications and reviewing IFC/IFT drawings for accuracy and
compliance.
 Preparing and finalizing project accounts, including negotiation and agreement of final accounts with subcontractors.
 Collaborating with the commercial team to monitor and control project costs, ensuring alignment with the established budget and
financial objectives.

Client
Responsibilities:
 Monitoring & Calculating the Value of Work done on site & Preparing Monthly Payment Application.
 Monitoring and controlling the resource cost and assisting in developing the resource plan with planners and PMs.
 Preparing progress reports, and cost reports, and forecasting the cost to completion.
 Preparing monthly subcontractor payments & maintaining cash flow forecasts for subcontractor work.
 Develop Material calculation on Site with materials reconciliation and coordinate with procurement.
 Negotiating with subcontractors and suppliers on price, terms, and conditions.
 Attend weekly/monthly regular Meetings. Maintain the progress measurements of the project and subcontractor.
 Maintaining required project Insurance, Bonds, and Guarantee & track the expiry & extension.
 Identifying and Managing the Variation, claims that may arise during the project.
 Coordinating with the Technical Department for Design Clarification. Review of IFC and IFT Drawings.
 Prepare the projects final accounts and negotiate with a subcontractor for the subcontractors final accounts.
 Coordinate with the commercial team to ensure the project cost and budget are within the line.

 Coordinating with site people to make an interim payment.
 Meeting with consultant QS to get the payment certificates for the related progress months.
 Preparing monthly subcontractor payment & maintaining cash flow forecasts for subcontractor works.
 Measuring the actual work done from RFI and reporting to the site.
 Material calculation and preparing Material on Site.
 Daily work done progress monitoring as per Bill Items.
 Preparing variations along with additional work and changes between contract drawing and shop drawings.
 Preparing takes off quantity for procurement for the material purchase.
 Preparing the material reconciliation report and maintaining the log.
 Attending the weekly progress and commercial meetings.
 Prepare and maintain records/logs for all subcontractors/suppliers including agreements, payments and variations.
 Comparison studies based on sub-contractors, suppliers quotations and negotiating with them on both technical &
commercial aspects of the products.

 Involved in takeoff quantities.
 Preparation of bill of quantities.
 Preparing weekly and monthly progress reports.
 Prepared comparison sheets for quotations from Suppliers and Subcontractors.
 Study the construction drawing, specification, bill of quantities and prepare all material requirements.
 Daily work done progress monitoring as per Bill Items.
