* Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations, client HSE requirements, and local
legislation.
* Conduct daily site inspections and report unsafe acts, conditions, and near-miss incidents with corrective
actions.
* Implement and maintain Permit to Work (PTW) systems for high-risk tasks such as hot work, confined space
entry and working at height.
* Facilitate Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Risk Assessments, and Toolbox Talks to ensure task-specific hazard
awareness.
* Coordinate emergency response drills, fire safety inspections, and first aid readiness on site.
* Verify and approve gas testing prior to confined space and hot work activities.
* Ensure all personnel use appropriate PPE and follow proper work procedures.
* Conduct HSE induction and training for new workers and subcontractors.

Making daily reports regarding unsafe acts and unsafe conditions at worksite.

Preparing reports based on inspection and interrogation of investigation recommending measures and methods of eliminating unsafe working conditions and procedures.
Communicate and coordinate with other safety staff to provide the best protection possible.
