Manage new and existing accounts effectively to maximize current and future business opportunities
Reporting to General Manager to develop business both in local market and Overseas.
Motivate and lead the sales team for a vast variety of FMCG/FOOD products of the company to achieve agreed sales volumes.
The customer base include all food service channels such as Hotels, Restaurants (Fine Dining and Causal dinning), Fast Food Chains, Ship chandlers, Catering companies, Airport catering Divisions.
Reporting to the GM for the expanding the HORECA channel.
Create and execute sales strategies
Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and other relevant bodies to ensure that the company’s maximum sales potential is realized in the market.
Responsible for the performance and development of the Sales Executives.
Prepares action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects
Budgeting and forecasting of monthly sales targets
Responsible for authorizing submission of quotation to customer with predetermined value and margins.
Maintain Account Engagement and Account Development history in CRM system
Generate leads in African territories for duty free supply of beverages, Carbonated Drinks, Juices, perfumes and watches.
Develop Wholesale business within the UAE market and promote in-house brands.
Monitor the sales of company owned retail outlet and generate revenue through various promotional activities.
Constantly liaised with the principal to establish clear segmenting, targeting and positioning strategies.
Consistently developed strong, sustainable relationships with key accounts, ensuring repeat business and earning the clients trust.
Involved in the product launches, business assessment and development.
Negotiation with principals for annual procurement of new products, product cost, pricing, distribution sales forecasting and budgeting.
In-charge of West Africa locations..
Accurately process customer transactions such as orders, quotes or returns.
Recommend alternate products based on cost, availability or specifications
Comparing market prices of duty free products and deciding RSP’s for our branches.
Provide accurate information regarding availability of in-stock items.
Coordinating with procurement team and arranging for Non - Available items.
Increase sales and average order size by means of cross-selling, up-selling, add-on sales and offering promotional sale items.
Coordinating with shipping line for all types of logistics issues.
Preparing product wise monthly, quarterly and annual sales report.
Keeping track with Inward / Outward entry and maintaining stock.
Developing and maintaining sales records, following up on orders and deliveries.
Explaining products or services and prices, and answering questions from customers.
Correspondence with Location Head/Managers.
Maintaining individual files for every customers comprising of customer’s requests, Delivery Orders (DO) & Invoice documents, shipping, Marine insurance, etc
