 Responsible for the performance and development of the Sales Executives.
 Prepares action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects

 Responsible for authorizing submission of quotation to customer with predetermined value and margins.
 Maintain Account Engagement and Account Development history in CRM system
 Generate leads in African territories for duty free supply of beverages, Carbonated Drinks, Juices, perfumes and watches.
 Develop Wholesale business within the UAE market and promote in-house brands.
 Monitor the sales of company owned retail outlet and generate revenue through various promotional activities.
 Constantly liaised with the principal to establish clear segmenting, targeting and positioning strategies.
 Consistently developed strong, sustainable relationships with key accounts, ensuring repeat business and earning the clients trust.
 Involved in the product launches, business assessment and development.
 Negotiation with principals for annual procurement of new products, product cost, pricing, distribution sales forecasting and budgeting.
