Manage and maintain servers, networks, and IT infrastructure to ensure
optimal performance and uptime.
Administer user accounts, permissions, and security groups in Active
Directory and related systems.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely
technical support to users.
Implement and maintain data backup, disaster recovery, and
cybersecurity measures.
Account Management : Create, modify, and deactivate user accounts
Active Directory, Office 365, Google Workspace Manage user
permissions, access rights, and group policies.
System Maintenance : Install, update, and patch operating systems and
applications. Monitor system health and performance using tools.
Schedule regular backups and verify data integrity.
Manage data backup systems (on-prem and cloud).
Develop and test disaster recovery and business continuity
plans.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed documentation of system
configurations and changes.
Prepare IT performance and incident reports.
Help desk & User Support: Provide Level 1-3 technical support. Train
staff on IT best practices and software usage.

Technical Support : Provide first and second line technical support
to end users on various technical issues and problems relating to
hardware, software, and peripherals.
Respond to, document, and resolve service tickets in a timely manner
Set up, configure, and troubleshoot computer systems and
applications.
Hardware & software Management : Install, configure, and maintain
software and hardware components.
Perform routine updates and patch installations to ensure optimal system
performance.
Replace and upgrade defective or outdated components when
necessary.
Network Management : Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot network
systems and infrastructure to ensure smooth business operations.
Assist in the configuration and deployment of network devices such as
routers, switches, and firewalls
Other Duties : Liaise with third-party vendors and service providers.
Provide training to end-users on new technologies or software
applications.
Keep updated documentation of all procedures, systems, and
configurations.
Attend team meetings and participate in brainstorming and
troubleshooting sessions.

Provided Level 1 & 2 support, handling an average of 15 + tickets
daily.
Participated in after-hours maintenance, upgrades, and backup
operations.
