 Vision V Holding is a holding company for 6 subsidiaries in Qatar, UK, UAE, France, Europe and India. Functioning as Finance Manager to the holding company and overseeing the financial aspects and nuances of the subsidiaries across the world and reporting directly to the Group Chairman and BODs.

 Heading group finance functions, determining financial objectives, designing & implementing systems, policies and procedures to facilitate internal financial control and financial analysis.
 Overseeing the preparation of monthly & yearly financials, evaluation of projects based on cost benefits analysis to arrive at its financial and commercial feasibility.
 Review of Annual Business Plan from financial and commercial point of view and presenting to the BOD.
 Monitoring preparation of statutory books of accounts, bank reconciliation and consolidated financial reports in compliance with time & accuracy norms and IFRS.
 Overseeing & preparation of financial statements including Profit & Loss Account, Balance sheet, Cash flow and fund flow statements.
 Controlling the entire banking operations, managing the lines of credit viz., trade finance including L/Cs, import loans, letter of guarantees, factoring etc.
 Ensuring proper inventory management, managing payroll and fixed asset modules.
 Year end and month end financial closing activities.
 Designed and monitoring GL chart of accounts and consolidation of financials of branches with HO books.
 Managing the Accounts Receivable and Accounts payable processes.
 Implementation and management of Internal control procedures.
Preparation of MIS reports, generation of various management reports viz; sales reports, cost centre reports, account balances report and projected cash flow statements.
Undertaking analysis for key indicators to assist top management in decision making.
