• Manage and handle local and overseas Recruitment across all locations of the Group
• Lead decision-making and implementation of HR policies, procedures, programs and functions
• Responsible for leaves, attendance management and process monthly payroll of over 250 employees across locations
• Maintain personnel files and ensure HRIS is up to date
• Manage employee exit process from end-to-end
• Handle employee grievance and drive employee engagement activities across all locations
• Handle system and documentation for employee Visa Processing and liaison with government entities for timely processing.
• Processing Insurance which includes Medical, Motor Fleet, Fire, Property, Third Party liability, and Workmen’s Compensation
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
• Manage entire recruitment process end to end from preparing job descriptions, posting ads, screening to position closure.
• Ensure all processes in HR department are streamlined by developing and implementing policies and procedures in alignment with company's objectives.
• Have developed and implemented policies on Work conditions, Performance Management, Disciplinary Procedure and Leave and attendance Management
• Manage and handle payroll processing of all employees
• Ensure and monitor HR compliance with respect to Freezone and Federal laws
• Responsible for Human Resource Management of Companies under the Group based at different locations (India / Srilanka / Bangladesh) in coordination with local HR person
• Monitor the wellbeing of all employees through employee engagement activities, provide counseling and handle employee grievances.
• Handle Medical / Life Insurance for all the employees (enrollment/renewal/amendments/claims)
• Participate in Client audits pertaining to HR compliance
• Maintain and update employee personnel records.
Administrative / PRO Responsibilities
• Manage company fleet which included service, maintenance, insurance and renewals.
• Ensures ontime and smooth onboarding of overseas candidates by having visa processed on time (included handling employment visa, labor contracts)
• Ensure Company legal documents like Trade License/ Immigration card/ visas/ labor contracts etc. processed and obtained within timeline/expiry.
• Prepare letters including warnings, resignation, circulars / memos for internal office.
• Working as a SPOC for the clients
• Owned full-cycle recruiting: right from Demand Generation, studying, analyzing, sourcing, screening, short listing, scheduling, interviewing, offering, negotiating and closing candidates for assigned requisitions
• Effectively recruited candidates through Internet research, internal database, cold calling, referrals, networking, posting jobs on job boards and other strategies
• Developed, drove and executed comprehensive search strategies to recruit senior and niche candidates in limited candidate spaces
• Worked extensively with Managers, Directors and project hiring managers to gain understanding of the position requirements
• Closely worked with the interview panel while scheduling the meetings/appointments with the candidates, assisting managers with candidate selection, and collecting the feedback of the candidates interviewed
• End- to- End follow-up of the candidates (pre and post offer related issues)
• Assisted the Reporting Head in resource management for effective fulfillment
• Ensured quick turnaround time for resource fulfillment
• Provided regular status reports to the Hiring Manager, Recruitment Manager and ensure that candidate tracking is up to date and compliant in the Applicant Tracking
• Handled team for successful recruitment of candidates as per client’s requirement.
• Provide end to end recruitment activities for both internal roles and external clients
• Recruitment activities included (but not limited to): database (internal & external) searches, preparing job descriptions, web advertising (external job portals), pre-screening applications, conducting phone screens, scheduling interviews, Pre-Employment background screening, taking part in interviews with the hiring manager etc
• Liaise with Department / Project Managers / Directors, HR to identify current and future staffing needs, Initiate recruitment campaigns to meet these recruitment needs
• Liaise with HR team in respect to the terms and conditions of employment, letters of contract, follow up and mobilization of employees
• Source and identify high quality candidates via online advertising and sourcing, in-house data base, headhunting and networking and conducting interviews for the shortlisted candidates
• Prepare employment contracts and commercial negotiation
• Oversee expatriate visas, mobilizations etc
• Maintain contact with and knowledge of major oil & gas operators, EPCM contractors
• Develop and maintain suitable database of resources
• Liaise and coordinate with all levels of in-house personnel, including senior manager and board level

• Prepare of commercial and technical recruitment proposals and tenders for future new business / contracts.

• Handle Onboarding formalities, collection of documents, providing forms (PF Gratuity) when the candidates come to join Accenture
• Coordinate with respective teams in operations to place the candidate in the respective team
• Update the database and sending out reports to the reporting team once the candidate is On Board
• Handle 2 days Induction program for the new joiners in a seamless manner
• Prepare attendance sheet for the new joiners for across the locations
• Conduct HR interviews during the Recruitment Events
• Successful placement of summer interns in the organization including technology enablement, workstation allotment, ID Cards issue and helping them in adapting to the work nature
