-Complete an average of 45 working hours a week
-Receive booking requests for company employees and management
-Follow up request details (dates, destination, accommodation, visas and time limits to issue)
-Proceed with issuing after getting approvals and discussing hard cases with higher management
-Invoice all what is issued (tickets, hotels, visas and transfer / inbound and outbound)
- Prepare statements of all accounts.
-Resolve customer complaints via phone
-Greet customers and ascertain problem or reason for calling
-Cancel or upgrade accounts
-Suggest solutions
-Attempt to persuade customer to reconsider cancellation
-Inform customer of deals and promotions
-Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.
-Editing the content after writers had input.
-Inputting events and Features.
-Making sure the web pages and functions are all set correctly.
-Follow up with venues who manage recurring events and update them on our website.
-Representing our stores' brands from sun and eyeglasses.
-Offer our clients the best from quality and price.
-Follow up with the customer and listen to any complaints while trying to solve them and reach client's satisfaction.
