Job Duties and Responsibilities: • Accommodate the guest with a friendly smile and ensure that all their needs are well provided.
• Do the confirmation of the guest flights in there is any request.
• Answers all customers' complaints and gave the feedbacks to the department responsible for it.
• Receive, direct and relay telephone messages, answer customer inquiries and complaints.
• Provide word-processing and secretarial support.
• Assist in planning and preparation of meetings, conferences.
• Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence
• Communicates effectively and maintain utmost respect to all customers.
