• Manage & Implement the Recruitment process including consultants, employees, trainers
• Plan the induction for new recruits
• Implement an Evaluation system to all employees
• Manage the Internship and Volunteering programs
• Manage and update all employees’ files
• Develop & Update in Coordination with line managers and employees the Terms of Reference (TOR)
• Prepare and deliver internal trainings to employees with the regular staff meeting and retreat
• Assess the training needs of the staff and build a training calendar
• Organize outings and activities for the staff
• Overlook the workflow within departments and various CLDH offices
• Manage employee Relations
• Act as a vocal point in all internal communications
• Update and continuously alter the organizational structure
• Update employee contracts and agreements
• Process payments related to personnel, and monitor employees’ attendance
• Assist in preparing the training program by communicating and coordinating with HR departments
of all Lebanese banks
• Assist in the preparation of the content, material, objectives, and training logistics
• Manage the E-learning platform, design, and content
• Draft the Collective Labor Agreement of Banks employees
• Draft Job description manual for all banking positions
• Provide consulting services to Banks’ HR departments (grading system, performance evaluations, succession planning…)
• Provide recruitment services to Banks
Learning centers
• Manage ongoing clients’ relationships
• Get new leads and clients
• Conduct regular meetings with clients to determine their training needs
• Develop clients’ training plans
Assist School students with their daily work and prepare them for the exams
• Assist University students especially Business students with their courses (assignments, projects…)
