Wild Card Program is a smart card Loyalty Program offering cardholders unlimited access to 88 National Parks and the ability to transact within the Multi Partner Rewards Program.

-Manage relationships with 5 major conservation agencies in South Africa and Swaziland
-Coordinate support to over 200 outlets associated to the program
-Plan, implement and manage marketing campaigns
-Consolidate monthly marketing reports on Database Demographics, Membership Status, Spend Behavior and Park Visitation (300 000 cardholders)
-Manage program support with IT, Administration, Contact Centre, Finance, Sales and Public Relations
-Support to external suppliers of Wild Card
-Responsible for monthly e-newsletter, e-marketing campaigns, website content and stress testing

-Monthly bank reconciliation, revenue distribution and department expenditure budget
