 Cash flow forecasting, payment & receipt maturity reports, Weekly & Monthly Cash Position
 Review Bank Credit Facility agreements for working capital & non-revolving funds, review financial ratios/covenants
 Accounts Receivable Aging report, prepare & calculate provisions for Expected Credit Loss
 Interest accruals for term loans & working capital loans including validation of actual charges
 Fund allocation and execute online Fund Transfers
 Bank reconciliation for all NAFFCO’s main accounts
 Generation of Trial Balance and financial ratio analysis
 Prepare other GL adjusting entries/reconciliation adjustments & analysis of other clearing accounts
 Suggest improvement/customization on system report generation, coordinate with IT support team

Monitor, review and update the movements of inventory accounts and prepare detailed
schedules every month and record provisions for impairment and obsolescence.
* Perform daily bank reconciliation, including upload of bank statement to the system.
* Recording invoices and collections.
* Handle finance role in updating material and service master.
* Leading inventory count and coordination with the warehouse for the reconciliation of
variances and preparation of the annual count report.
* Process billings for related party transactions and prepare monthly report.
* Preparation of monthly schedules for balance sheet accounts, analyze and record
necessary adjusting entries.
* Conducts special studies as directed by the Management such as contract analysis for
the application of new accounting standard - IFRS 15 & 16.
* Perform other tasks that may be required by the Superiors and other requesting groups.
