Responsibilities:
• Drive exhibition and conference sales & sponsorship revenue for a hospitality/F&B event in the UAE
• Create new business streams to drive sales
• Maintain good relationships with clients by providing support and information
• Conduct research for lead generation
• Prepare weekly sales and quarterly reports based on sales and targets achieved
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related targets as needed
• Assist exhibitors regarding pre-event, onsite and post-event requirements and endorse to relevant department if
necessary
• Conduct onsite rebooking of clients
• Conduct and analyse exhibitor survey during and after the event to help improve future events
Achievements:
• Successfully launched and met sales target for Dine Exhibition & Conference 2017 - the region’s only dedicated Restaurant and F&B Outlet event - $250, 000.00
• Assisted in achieving conference sales target of $110, 000.00 for Men’s Health 2016 & Fitness & Sports Exhibition Middle East 2016
• Managed to get an onsite exhibitor rebooking rate of 30% ($75, 000) for a launch event
Responsibilities:
• Deployed to Dubai (total of eight months)
• Closed deals which totals to 130 million PHP/10.8 million AED
• Creates and implements marketing plan strategy for the team
• Trains the team in project presentation and closing techniques
• Promotes real estate properties (one on one, group, and corporate presentation)
