Manager, Information Technology for 3 Campuses (Abu Dhabi Men’s College, Abu Dhabi Women’s College and Khalifa City Women’s College).
• Manage operation of the IT services including:
Helpdesk, front desk support, network (Juniper, PaloAlto, Aruba, load balancing, solarwinds, etc..) and systems (windows server 2012, clustering, HyperV, radius, dhcp, exchange, file server, printing management, CCTV, Time & Attendance, Access Control, telephony, etc..).
• Lead and manage a team of 20 people. Set goals and professional development for the team.
• Customer service oriented for more than 6000 users.
• Plan and prioritize the use of college technology resources in keeping with identified college needs and strategic goals. The main goal is to provide a high quality of service in a timely manner.
• Extensive experience in developing and communicating team goals, priorities and organisational values to the team.
• IT projects manager for all campuses to convey program status, direction and strategic initiatives in a non-technical manner to management.
• Oversee the application’s team (Sql/oracle database, VB.Net, Java, Php, SharePoint, BlackBoard learn, etc…)
• Collaborate with all levels of management and stakeholders to position the college for future growth and services.
• Collaborate with the Head Quarter IT systems groups to achieve and comply service level agreements.
• Provide counsel and guidance to academic and technical stakeholders to facilitate the design and development of technology.
• Support and contribute to all functions involving governance, key account management, applications, and operation policies.
• Complete Budgeting responsibilities for IT Services.
• Deploy emerging technologies to provide a high level of availability, reduced support costs, and efficient services for systems users.
