* Handling all kinds of customs clearance process related to container shipments.
* Processing and updating the ETA / ETD of shipments
Verifies documents as per customs requirements.
* Preparing Bill of Entry and other shipment-related documents \[Import, Export, Transit In and Transit-Out\] based on the commodity through the Dhabi System.
* Managing all the Exit-Entry submissions through the Dhabi System.
* Following up with RAK customs for duties refund.
* Following up with clients for documents related to duties refund.
* Coordinate with the Transportation section and control the dispatching of goods.
* Preparing client Invoices for each shipment and handling the pre and post Invoicing procedures.
* Ensure all Customs duty liabilities are fulfilled, minimising cost.
* Addressing any logistics-related issues, discuss with concerned teams and escalate if not resolved within a reasonable time frame.
* Manage the office by doing various administrative tasks.
* Keeping track of important paperwork.
* Set up and maintain a well-organized filing system.
* Handle all telephone calls and emails.
* Managing petty cash transactions and bookkeeping.
* Provide back-up support for all operations and other related duties as assigned.
*Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
* Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, field sales, networking and social media.
* Set up and conduct meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns and guide them with a suitable course.
* Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
* Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales.
* Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams.
* Converting leads into sales and achieving your sales target every month.
* Familiarize with microbial fermentation technology in an industrial scale.
* Apply biological and engineering principles for cultivating microorganisms in fermentors.
* Assess parameters critical for fermentation sch as Aeration, Agitation and KLa estimation.
* Gain Skills on fermentor sampling growth estimation etc.
* Regulatory aspects of cultivating microorganisms in fermentors.
* Familiarize with the various preservation processors and exporting methods of fresh and frozen marine products.
* It concerned with harvesting, processing, and packing of marine organisms into different sections.
* The different freeze packaging marine organism to export to different countries as per requirements.
