Duties and Responsibilities:
• I work with the clients C-level and Senior Management Stakeholders to define their needs and business requirements, providing advisory on optimizing the solution value. I then articulate these requirements into a clear scope and on the other hand I work extensively with the project team (Project Manager, Application Architects, Development and Testing Professionals) to design, implement and deliver this planned solution realizing the targeted outcomes. Finally, I personally will evaluate the solution tied back to business requirements for every release before delivery to clients.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Acting as the focal business point for ensuring that all business requirements, stakeholders requirements, solution requirements, and transition requirements support the delivery of business value, fulfills the organization goals and objectives, and meets stakeholder needs.
• Works with business leaders in identifying and bringing strategic initiatives from concept to implementation and validation of benefits realization, guiding the linkage to strategic initiatives.
• Collaborates with the project managers on the planning and estimating of BA activities, definition of the BA performance metrics.
• Works to build and facilitate a business architecture that leverages enterprise capabilities and efficient usage of process, and data to align these capabilities.
